About Davro

We help individuals, families, self-employed workers, and small-business owners compare health insurance, Medicare, life insurance, ancillary coverage, and financial protection. We explain benefits, guide the application, and provide ongoing annual support — with no separate advisory fee.

Start by calling or emailing us — that’s it. We’ll explain deductibles, copays, provider networks, out-of-pocket maximums, and the rest in plain language, then help you compare options at your pace.

No. We do not charge you an advisory fee. Insurance carriers generally compensate us when you enroll in a plan we offer, and working with us does not add a separate fee to your premium. We’ll explain any plan costs and our role before you enroll.

Absolutely. Davro Insurance Group is licensed in 30+ states. If we’re licensed where you live, we can help directly. If not, we’ll help connect you with a trusted referral partner.

Plans & enrollment

We compare ACA Marketplace plans available to you and, when appropriate, private off-Marketplace options. Availability and eligibility vary by state and circumstance, and we’ll explain how each option works before you choose.

For ACA Marketplace plans, premiums can vary by age, location, tobacco use, plan category, and whether dependents are covered. Household income can affect Marketplace savings and what you pay after those savings. ACA plans cannot base premiums on your health history; some non-ACA options may use health information, subject to the plan and state rules.

Yes, in many cases. Events such as losing qualifying coverage, getting married, having or adopting a child, or moving may qualify you for a Special Enrollment Period. Timing and documentation rules vary, so contact us promptly after the event.

Effective dates depend on the product, eligibility, and enrollment date. Some private products may begin as early as the next day; Marketplace coverage commonly begins on the first day of a following month after you select a plan, confirm eligibility, and pay the first premium. We’ll confirm the effective date before you enroll.

You can, but you do not have to navigate it alone. We compare available options, help avoid application errors, review provider networks and benefits, and remain your contact after enrollment. Our guidance costs you no separate advisory fee.

Small-business benefits

Yes. We work with businesses with up to 50 employees and can help build benefit packages that may include health, dental, vision, and supplemental coverage. Availability, participation rules, and plan options vary by state and employer size.

04

Medicare

Start planning 3–6 months before you turn 65. Medicare’s Initial Enrollment Period generally lasts seven months: the three months before your birthday month, your birthday month, and the three months after. Depending on your current coverage, missing the right window can cause coverage gaps or late-enrollment penalties.

Medicare Advantage is a private-plan alternative to Original Medicare that includes Part A and Part B and usually Part D, often with network rules. Medicare Supplement, also called Medigap, works with Original Medicare to help pay certain out-of-pocket costs. You generally cannot have Medicare Advantage and Medigap at the same time. The right fit depends on your doctors, prescriptions, travel, budget, and how you prefer to receive care.
